Job Title: Account Manager – Financial Services

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Salary: £26,500 starting salary (£27,500 after probation) + Performance Incentives, OTE £35,000–£38,000

If you've worked in sales, business development, account management, recruitment, customer service, retail or hospitality, you may already have the skills we're looking for.

At Fortrade, you'll join as an Account Manager, working with clients who have already registered and shown an interest in our services. You'll build relationships, understand client needs, explain our platform and products, and support clients through the account-opening process.

This is not cold calling.

Key responsibilities:

A few of the main day-to-day responsibilities are:

· Speaking with clients who have already registered and shown an interest in Fortrade

· Building and developing professional client relationships

· Understanding client needs and communicating our platform and services clearly

· Supporting clients through the account-opening process

· Working towards individual and team performance targets

· Receiving ongoing coaching and developing communication and product knowledge

We don't require a finance degree or previous trading experience. We're looking for people who are:

· Confident and professional communicators

Successful candidates from the initial interview stage will be invited to our one-week fully paid training programme.

You'll learn about the platform, products, communication and compliance while demonstrating your suitability for the role.

Training is part of the selection process, followed by a Final Interview. Successful candidates will then join the Account Manager team.
